At Khas Bazaar, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
- Personal care or hygiene products (if applicable).
- Clearance or final sale items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
